In this clip, the head baseball coach of Alabama A&M University Elliott Jones talks about his journey to earn a Masters degree from Grambling University. He talks about starting his masters journey at Louisiana State University. Then he talks about coaching high school while he was taking care of his mom who got ill after battling diabetes. He talks about his mom losing both of her legs and he sacrificed and took care of her for a year and a half because she took care of him as a child. He goes on to talking about taking an assistant coaching job at Grambling and finishing his Masters degree at Grambling State University.
