The HBCU Grad Job Board is designed to encourage more diverse applications for world class companies.

ATLANTA——— As part of its work to help overcome the lack of diversity in the workforce, HBCU Grad has announced the HBCU Grad Job Board.

HBCU Grad, a community of over 300K HBCU Grads on the internet, has been an advocate for more diversity in the workforce for the last five years.

The HBCU Grad Job Board is designed to encourage more companies to recruit HBCU Graduates. It will provide a vast array of job postings across many sectors including marketing, engineering, sales, creative, design, finance, legal, HR, data, analytics, strategy and more.

The HBCU Grad Job Board is open to all companies. It will provide a centralized hub for listing job vacancies for as little as $99. For $199 job postings will be disseminated across HBCU Grads vast network of over 300k people with a monthly reach of well over 1 million.

The HBCU Grad Job Board is an extension of HBCU Grad’s drive to help balance the diversity gap that exists in the world today. The Job Board will be a highly curated, genuine, thriving space for HBCU Grads seeking employment and employers looking for top talent.
